    摘要:

    为了确定兰炭在高炉内部的燃烧率以及添加兰炭后钢铁企业是否具有经济效益,本文利用新型高炉喷煤燃 烧模拟试验装置检测兰炭在高炉内的燃烧率,利用能质平衡计算添加兰炭对高炉燃料成本及冶炼成本的影响。 试验结果表明,兰炭在高炉内的平均燃烧率为64.03%,位于烟煤和无烟煤之间;结合现场的原燃料价格计算可得 到,当兰炭价格范围在0.80~1.21元/kg时,添加兰炭可以降低高炉燃料成本和冶炼成本。研究结果可为钢铁企 业选择并喷吹兰炭提供理论指导。

    Abstract:

    In order to determine the combustion rate of semi-coke inside the blast furnace and whether the steel enterprises have economic benefits after adding semi-coke,in thisstudy a new-type simulation experimental device for blast furnace coal injection combustion was used to detect the combustion rate of semi-coke in the blast furnace and additionally the energyand quality balance calculation wasused to accessthe impactof adding semi-cokeon thefuelcostandsmelting cost of the blast furnace. The experimental results show that the average combustion rate of semi-coke in the blast furnace is 64.O3%,which is between bituminous coal and anthracite. Based on the calculation of on-site raw materials and fuel prices,it is obtained that when the price of semi-coke ranges from O. 80 and 1.21 Yuan/kg,adding semi-coke can reduce the fuel cost and smelting cost of blast furnaces. The findings of this study can provide theoretical guidance for iron and steel enterprises in selecting and injecting semi-coke.
