Adding pellets to blast furnace burden in a large proportion is one of the most effective ways for the green and low-carbontransitionof blast furnaces.In order to promotefurther developmentof straight-gratepellet technologyand adapt to the current global situation of carbon emission reduction,this paper summarizes the development history of straight-grate pellet in China,and then expounds that the straight-grate pellet technology of China has gone through different paths of exploration, including the importing of foreign technology and independent technological innovation, and finds that this technology has now entered a period of rapid independent technological development. Under the current background of green,low-carbon and intelligent times,the straight-grate pellet technology of Chinais undergoing further innovation and explorationandanenergy-savingstraiht-gratepelletprocesshasbendevelopedtopimizethepreheatingandroasting process,andachieve greenand low-carbon preparationof pellet.
