    摘要:

    铁焦作为一种新型碳铁复合炉料,可促进高炉内间接还原,降低热空区温度,提高冶炼效率,降低焦比,从而 实现CO2减排。因此,在双碳背景下,复合铁焦低碳炼铁新炉料开发是助推低碳高炉健康发展的有效手段。本文 根据国内外研究现状并结合课题组相关的研究工作,揭示了复合铁焦低碳炼铁原理,系统综述了国内外复合铁焦 制备工艺,阐明了复合铁焦在高炉中的反应行为,展望了复合铁焦未来的研究和发展方向,以期促进复合铁焦新 炉料技术在我国低碳炼铁领域的创新研发和应用推广。

    Abstract:

    As a new carbon-iron composite furnace burden,iron coke can promote the indirect reduction in the blast furnace,lower the temperature of the softeningand melting zone,improve smeltingefficiency,reduce coke ratio,and thus achieving CO2 emission reduction. Therefore,in the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,the development of low-carbon iron-making technology using iron-coke composite as a novel burden serves as an effective means to support the sustainable development of low-carbon blast furnaces. Based on the curent research status globally and combined with relevantresearchworkconductedbytheresearchgroup,thispaperelucidatestheprinciplesof low-carboniron-making using iron-coke composite,systematically reviews the preparation processes of iron-coke composite both domestically and internationally,clarifies its reaction behaviorin blast furnaces,and prospects futureresearchanddevelopmentdirections, aiming to promote the innovation,development,and aplication of iron-coke composite technology in the field of low-carbon iron-making in China.
