    本文基于我国钢铁工业以长流程为主面临的碳减排压力及减排路径,较为全面的介绍了非高炉炼铁技术进 展,包括煤基回转密直接还原、气基竖炉直接还原、熔融还原及电解炼铁工艺的应用现状,指出了基于氢冶金及电 气化炼铁的非高炉炼铁工艺将是我国钢铁工艺实现双碳目标的重要发展方向。

    Abstract:

    Base on the pressures and pathways of carbon emission reduction faced by China's iron & steel industry with predominantlong technologicalprocess,thispaperprovidesa relative comprehensive introductionto the technological progressinnon-blastfurnaceironmaking,includingtheapplicationstatusofcoal-basedrotarykilndirectreduction,gas- based shaft furnace direct reduction,smelting reduction,and electrolytic ironmaking processes and points that that the non- blast furnace ironmaking processes based on hydrogen metallurgy and electrified ironmaking will be the important development directions for China's iron and steel industry to achieve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
