    摘要:

    为了提高混料除尘系统管网的收集效率( 以 2 × 500 m2 烧结机为例) ,本文采用数值模拟方法对管网流场进行分析,通过在集气罩支管上设置变径管的方法对除尘系统管网进行阻力平衡优化。模拟结果表明: 管网速度与压力分布符合由风机提供动力的管网特征,管网整体处于负压状态,负压绝对值由管网进气口向管网总出口处逐渐增大。2 × 500 m2 烧结机混料除尘系统管网存在较为严重的风量不平衡问题,各吸尘点风量偏差均在 10% 以上,在冬季设计风量下管网 1 吸尘点的风量不平衡率最高达-65% ; 管网 2 吸尘点的风量不平衡率最高达-67% ; 在集气罩支路上增设变径管可有效调节管网的风量不平衡性,调整后在冬季和夏季的集气罩风量偏差均不超过 10% ,可以使各集气罩风量达到设计要求。研究可为前期工程设计提供帮助,大大节省工程调试费用,缩短工期, 并有助于风量不平衡管道的调节和改造。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the collection efficiency of the pipe network of the mixture dust removal system( taking the 2 × 500 m2 sintering machine as an example) ,the flow field of the pipe network is analyzed by numerical simulation method,and the resistance balance of the pipe network of the dust removal system is optimized by setting the adapter bonnet on the branch pipe of the gas collection hood. The simulation results show that the speed and pressure distribution of the pipe network are in line with the characteristics of the pipe network powered by the fan,and the whole pipe network is in a negative pressure state,and the absolute value of negative pressure gradually increases from the air inlet of the pipe network to the general outlet of the pipe network. There is a serious air volume imbalance in the pipe network of the 2 × 500 m2 sinter strand mixture dust removal system,and the air volume deviation of each suction point is more than 10% ,and the air volume imbalance rate of the 1st dust suction point of the pipe network is up to-65% under the design air volume in winter. The air volume imbalance rate of the 2nd vacuum point of the pipe network is up to-67% ; The addition of adapter bonnet on the branch road of the air collector can effectively adjust the air volume imbalance of the pipe network,and the deviation of the air volume of the air collection hood in winter and summer is not more than 10% ,which can make the air volume of each air collection hood meet the design requirements. The research can provide assistance for the preliminary engineering design,greatly save the cost of engineering commissioning,shorten the construction period,and help the adjustment and transformation of unbalanced air volume pipelines.
