    摘要:

    针对烧结循环烟气末端分配不均的问题,采用计算流体力学方法对邯钢 360 m2 烧结机烟气循环系统烟气分配端进行了烟气流动模拟仿真研究,分析了现有的侧进气口条件下烧结料面烟气分布,并分别进行了弧形导流板、直转角导流板和井式导流板对流场均匀性的改进性分析。结果表明,现有侧进气口条件下,密封罩内烟气集中于进气口对侧料面,存在较大的烟气均分优化空间。在导流板对流场的改进性分析中,弧形导流板提高了料面气流 20. 69% 的均匀性,直转角导流板提高了料面气流 13. 71% 的均匀性,井式导流板提高了料面气流 57. 93% 的均匀性。井式导流板结构提高烧结料面循环烟气均匀分布的性能最佳,且其加工难度较弧形导流板更容易,同时不影响烧结检修时的工人正常通行,可实现低成本改善料面烟气分布。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of uneven distribution of flue gas at the end of the sintering cycle,the flue gas flow simulation study is carried out on the flue gas distribution end of the flue gas circulation system of 360 m2 sintering machine Handan Iron & steel Group Co.,Ltd. by computational fluid dynamics,and the flue gas distribution on the sintering material surface under the existing side inlet conditions is analyzed,and the improved uniformity of the convective field of arc deflector,straight angle deflector and well deflector is analyzed respectively. The results show that under the condition of the existing side air inlet,the flue gas in the sealing hood is concentrated on the material surface opposite the air inlet, and there is a large space for optimization of flue gas equalization. In the improvement analysis of the convection field of the deflector,the arc deflector improves the uniformity of the airflow on the material surface by 20. 69% ,the straight angle deflector improves the uniformity of the airflow on the material surface by 13. 71% ,and the well deflector improves the uniformity of the airflow on the material surface by 57. 93% . The well deflector structure improves the performance of the uniform distribution of circulating flue gas on the sintering material surface,and its processing difficulty is easier than that of the arc deflector,and at the same time,it does not affect the normal passage of workers during sintering maintenance, which can improve the flue gas distribution on the material surface at low cost.
