    摘要:

    CO 是典型的大气污染物之一,其对人体和生态环境存在较大危害。随着对 CO 污染物管控政策的相继出台和“双碳”理念的提出,国家对 CO 排放的治理愈发深入和严格。针对燃料不完全燃烧而导致烧结烟气中 CO 的产生问题,本文主要从降低烧结过程燃料消耗和提高烧结过程氧化氛围两个方面对某钢铁厂烧结烟气开展工业试验。前者采用了改善燃料粒度、优化燃料结构、厚料层烧结、燃料分加、合理配矿、烟气循环和提高混合料温度等措施; 后者采用了富氧点火、料面喷吹蒸汽、提高料层透气性和降低漏风率等措施。通过各项措施的实施,钢铁厂烧结固体燃耗由 49 kg /t 逐步降低到 44 kg /t,烧结烟气中 CO 质量浓度由 6 000 mg /m3 降低到 4 000 mg /m3 以下。

    Abstract:

    CO is one of the typical air pollutants,which is harmful to the human body and the ecological environment. With the successive introduction of CO pollutant control policies and the proposal of the concept of dual carbon,the country’s governance of CO emissions has become more and more in-depth and strict. Aiming at the problem of CO generation in sintered flue gas caused by incomplete combustion of fuel,this paper mainly conducts industrial tests on the sintered flue gas of a steel plant from two aspects: reducing fuel consumption in the sintering process and improving the oxidation atmosphere of the sintering process. The former adopts such measures as improving fuel particle size,optimizing fuel structure,thick material layer sintering,fuel lamination addition,reasonable ore distribution,flue gas circulation and increasing mixture temperature. The latter adopts oxygen-rich ignition,steam spraying on the material surface,improving the air permeability of the material layer and reducing the air leakage rate. Through the implementation of various measures,the burning consumption of sintered solids in steel plants has been gradually reduced from 49 kg /t to 44 kg /t,and the CO concentration in sintered flue gas has been reduced from 6 000 mg /m3 to less than 4 000 mg /m3 .
