    钢渣未列入最新水泥生产混合材备选原料,亟需寻找新的大宗利用方式。钢渣中 CaO 等碱性氧化物含量较高,可利用钢渣代替部分烧结熔剂,通过对烧结原材料和炉渣性质的研究,在实验室对配加不同比例的钢渣尾渣进行了烧结杯试验,并对其机理进行了分析。结果表明: 当钢渣尾渣配入量由0 提高到2 % 时,对烧结矿的软熔性能影响不大,还原度和低温粉化性能得到增强; 并且铁酸钙的含量得到了进一步的改善,且具有较好的强度和较好的还原性能,在烧结过程中,铁酸钙和磁铁矿之间存在着相互交错的网状结构,可提高烧结矿的强度; 钢渣尾渣中的 CaO 参与了液相反应,并且液相量优于 Ca( OH) 2组,由于钢渣尾渣含有 SiO2,当 SiO2含量增加,橄榄石类的低熔点化合物相应增加,进而导致流动性增强。根据烧结杯试验,确定最佳工艺参数: 钢渣尾渣配比为 2% ,粒度控制在 < 3 mm。

    Abstract:

    Steel slag is not included in the latest alternative raw materials for cement production mixtures,and it is urgent to find a new way of bulk utilization. The content of alkaline oxides such as CaO in steel slag is high,and steel slag can be used to replace part of the sintering flux. Through the study of the properties of sintered raw materials and slag,the sintering cup test is carried out on the steel slag tailings with different proportions in the laboratory,and its mechanism is analyzed. The results show that when the amount of steel slag tailings is increased from 0 to 2% ,it has little effect on the soft melting properties of sinter,and the reduction degree and low-temperature pulverization are enhanced. And the content of calcium ferrite has been further improved,and has good strength and good reducing performance. During the sintering process,there is an interlaced network structure between calcium ferrite and magnetite,which improves the strength of the sinter. The CaO in steel slag tailings participates in the liquid phase reaction,and the liquid phase amount is better than that of Ca( OH) 2 group,because the steel slag tailings contain SiO2,when the SiO2 content increases,the low melting point compounds of olivine increase accordingly,which leads to the enhancement of fluidity. According to the sintering cup test,the optimal process parameters are determined to be that the steel slag tailings ratio is 2% ,and the particle size of steel slag tailings is controlled at less than 3 mm,and the sintering performance reaches the best.
