    摘要:

    高炉炉喉处炉料的分布与烧结矿、球团矿和块矿的入炉比例密切相关。本文研究了不同含铁炉料结构下炉料颗粒的运动行为,并分析了含铁炉料组成与矿焦相互作用对炉料分布特征的协同影响。结果表明,当球团矿和块矿的总质量分数小于 32% 时,颗粒流动轨迹稳定。中心加焦可使含铁炉料的径向偏析最小化。在矿焦层界面处,观察到矿石颗粒的堆积和渗透行为。当球团矿比例较高时,矿石颗粒容易渗入焦炭层的空隙结构中,进而降低矿焦混合层的孔隙度。

    Abstract:

    The distribution of charge at the throat of the blast furnace is closely related to the furnace entry ratio of sinter, pellet and lump ore. In this paper,the motion behavior of charge particles under different iron-containing charge structures is studied,and the synergistic influence of the interaction between iron-containing charge composition and ore coke on the distribution characteristics of the furnace charge is analyzed. The results show that,when the total mass fraction of pellets and lump ores is less than 32% ,the particle flow trajectory is stable. Center coking minimizes radial segregation of ferrous charges. At the interface of the ore coke layer,the accumulation and penetration behavior of ore particles is observed. When the proportion of pellets is high,ore particles are easy to penetrate into the void structure of the coke layer,which in turn reduces the porosity of the ore-coke mixed layer.
