    摘要:

    针对球团链箅机系统存在球团预热烘干效果差和鼓风干燥段进料口漏风严重的问题,借助 CFD 软件对球团链箅机系统进行仿真计算分析,计算结果表明: 球团预热烘干效果差是由于各工艺段串风严重导致; 鼓风干燥段进料口漏风严重是由于链箅机烟囱排烟能力不足导致。链箅机回热风量在 2 500 ~ 2 750 m3 /min 时( 各工艺段互不串风时) ,链箅机对球团的预热干燥效果最好; 关闭预热 I 段下侧一对风箱的阀门,能有效的强化抽干段预热干燥球团的效果; 将鼓风干燥段引入主抽的工艺,可解决进料口漏风严重的问题,其在管道内增设阀门,通过阀门来调节鼓干段的压力。模拟表明,当阀门开度在 55%~ 60% 时,鼓干段压力维持在微负压。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problems of poor pellet preheating and drying effect and serious air leakage at the feed port in the blast drying section,the pellet grate system is simulated and analyzed by CFD software,and the calculation results show that the poor pellet preheating and drying effect is caused by serious air cross-winding in each process section. The serious air leakage at the feed port in the blast drying section is caused by the insufficient smoke exhaust capacity of the grate chimney. When the reheating air volume of the grate is 2 500 ~ 2 750 m3 /min( when each process section is not crosswinded) ,the grate has the best effect on the preheating and drying of the pellets. Closing the valves of a pair of bellows on the lower side of the preheating I section can effectively strengthen the effect of preheating and drying pellets in the draining section. The blast drying section is introduced into the main pumping process,which can solve the problem of serious air leakage at the feed port,and a valve is added in the pipeline to adjust the pressure of the drum dry section. Simulation shows that when the valve opening is between 55% and 60% ,the pressure in the drum dry section is maintained at a slightly negative pressure.
