    摘要:

    应用纯有机黏结剂可以显著提高成品球的 TFe 质量分数,研究纯有机黏结剂球团对炼铁工艺具有重要意义。本文以细粒级高品位磁铁精矿和有机黏结剂 JDOB-4 及印度膨润土为原料,研究有机黏结剂和膨润土对高品位球团矿性能的影响,并采用光学显微镜与扫描电子显微镜-能谱仪等仪器,分析球团矿的微观结构变化规律。 结果表明: 当 JDOB-4 添加量为 0. 15% 时,生球的落下强度为 6. 1 次/( 0. 5 m) ,在预热温度为 1 050 ℃、预热时间为 18 min、焙烧温度为 1 300 ℃、焙烧时间为 21 min 的预热焙烧条件下,焙烧球的抗压强度为 2 290 N/P; 随着 JDOB-4 添加量的增加,焙烧球的抗压强度先增加后减少。当有机黏结剂用量过多时,球团内部孔洞增加,形成了高孔隙度、疏松的微观结构,导致球团的抗压强度下降。相比膨润土球团,添加有机黏结剂较多的球团焙烧过程需要提高焙烧温度、延长焙烧时间来促进赤铁矿连晶,进而提高焙烧球的抗压强度。本文研究成果可为采用国内高品位铁精矿,配加纯有机黏结剂生产高品位氧化球团提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The application of pure organic binder can significantly improve the TFe mass fraction of finished pellets,and it is of great significance to study the pure organic binder pellets for ironmaking process. In this paper,fine-grained highgrade magnetite concentrate,organic binder JDOB-4 and Indian bentonite are used as raw materials to study the effects of organic binder and bentonite on the properties of high-grade pellets,and the law of microstructure change of pellets is analyzed by equipment of optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that when the addition of JDOB-4 is 0. 15% ,the falling strength of the fresh pellets is 6. 1 times/( 0. 5 m) ,and the compressive strength of the pellets is 2 290 N/P under the conditions of preheating temperature of 1 050 ℃,preheating time of 18 min,roasting temperature of 1 300 ℃ and roasting time of 21 min. With the increase of JDOB-4 addition,the compressive strength of the roasting pellets first increases and then decreases. When the amount of organic binder is too much,the internal pores of the pellets increase,and a highly porosity and loose microstructure are formed,resulting in a decrease in the compressive strength of the pellets. Compared with bentonite pellets,the roasting process of pellets with more organic binders needs to increase the roasting temperature and extend the roasting time to promote hematite crystallization,and then improve the compressive strength of the roasting pellets. The results can provide a reference for the production of high-grade oxidation pellets using domestic high-grade iron ore concentrate with pure organic binder.
