高配比精矿对制粒效果及烧结过程的影响与作用机理

    我国部分处于内陆地区的钢铁企业拥有丰富的铁矿资源,其部分自产铁精矿用于烧结生产对于降本增效具有重要意义。本文通过调整精矿和粉矿的配比进行混合、制粒,采用烧结杯模拟工业烧结过程,并检测垂直烧结速度、成品率、转鼓强度、利用系数等烧结指标,研究铁精矿配比对制粒效果、烧结指标的影响规律,解析其作用机理。结果表明: 随着精矿配比从 0 提高到 100% ,料层透气性指数下降。原因在于: 随着配比的不断增加,精矿的干燥脱粉率由 7. 71% 上升至 20. 34% ,导致制粒时容易出现小球兼并长大,使得制粒小球强度下降且易脱落粉碎从而影响料层透气性; 当精矿配比从 35% 提高到 50% 时,料层透气性较好,烧结指标处于较优水平; 提高精矿配比至 100% 时,成品烧结矿中赤铁矿质量分数由 35. 00% 下降至 22. 20% ,磁铁矿质量分数由 28. 40% 增加至 43. 50% ,铁氧化物总量有所增加,而铁酸钙质量分数由 29. 30% 减少至 25. 00% ,使得烧结矿强度降低。因此,适宜的精矿配比范围为 35%~ 50% 。研究结果对于铁精矿高配比应用于烧结生产具有重要指导作用。

    Abstract:

    Some iron and steel enterprises in Chinese inland areas have abundant iron ore resources,and some of their self-produced iron ore concentrate is used for sintering production,which is of great significance for reducing costs and increasing efficiency. In this paper,the ratio of concentrate and fine ore is adjusted for mixing and granulation,the sintering cup is used to simulate the industrial sintering process,and the sintering indexes such as vertical sintering speed,yield rate,drum strength and utilization coefficient are detected,and the influence rule of iron concentrate ratio on granulation effect and sintering index is studied,and its mechanism is analyzed. The results show that with the increase of concentrate ratio from 0 to 100% ,the permeability index of the material layer decreases. The reason is that with the increasing proportion of concentrate,its drying and depowdering rate is increased from 7. 71% to 20. 34% ,which leads to the merger and growth of pellets during granulation,which makes the strength of pellets decrease and easy to fall off and crush,thus affecting the permeability of the material layer. When the concentrate ratio is increased from 35% to 50% ,the permeability of the material layer is good,and the sintering index is at an excellent level. When the concentrate ratio is increased to 100% ,the mass fraction of hematite in the finished sinter is decreased from 35. 00% to 22. 20% ,the mass fraction of magnetite is increased from 28. 40% to 43. 50% ,the total amount of iron oxide is increased,and the mass fraction of calcium ferrite is decreased from 29. 30% to 25. 00% ,which reduces the strength of sinter. Therefore,the suitable concentrate ratio range is 35%~ 50%. The results have an important guiding role in the application of high ratio of iron ore concentrate in sintering.
