    摘要:

    针对传统膨润土提质改性工艺手段单一、质量波动大,未从根本上改变膨润土质量现状的问题,本文提出通过机械外力对膨润土进行半干法有机插层改性试验。试验结果表明:有机插层膨润土显著改善了球团性能,当其配比为 1.2%时,生球落下强度、抗压强度和爆裂温度分别达到 7.8次/(0.5m)、29.5N/P和 575℃,相较于传统复合改性法,分别提升 3.0次/(0.5m)、9.2N/P和 65℃。有机插层后膨润土最大毛细水由传统复合改性法的 18.0%提升至 20.6%,接触角由 11.59°降低至 4.93°,对液体的亲和程度提高,亲水能力增强,整体体系已从良好的分散稳定性体系转变为一般稳定性体系,提高了其黏结性能,有利于改善生球性能指标。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problems of single means of traditional bentonite quality improvement and modification process, large quality fluctuations, and no fundamental change in the status quo of bentonite quality, the semi-dry organic intercalation modification test of bentonite is proposed by mechanical external force. The results show that the pellet performance of organically intercalated bentonite is significantly improved, and when its ratio is 1.2% ,the falling strength, compressive strength and burst temperature of fresh pellets reach 7.8 times/ (0.5m) ,29.5 N/P and 575 °C ,respectively, which are increased by 3.0 times/ (0.5m) ,9.2 N/P and 65 °C , respectively, compared with the traditional composite modification method. After organic intercalation, the maximum capillary water of bentonite is increased from 18.0% to 20.6% by the traditional composite modification method, and the contact angle is reduced from 11.59° to 4.93° ,the affinity with liquid is improved, the hydrophilic ability is enhanced, and the whole system is changed from a good dispersion stability system to a general stability system, which improves its adhesive performance and is conducive to improving the fresh pellet performance index.
