    摘要:

    混匀矿作为烧结工序的核心原料,其前后两堆之间质量差异的有效识别和换堆管理对烧结矿的质量稳定性有着直接影响。本研究针对传统混匀矿换堆操作中存在的质量波动和操作效率低的问题,提出了一种智能化换堆解决方案。该方案通过整合原料场和烧结工序的数据通信,建立混匀矿造堆配比和质量化验数据的线上传输处理系统,并在此基础上建立换堆计划编制、换堆操作、换堆质量调整与日常质量调整并行控制等智能控制模型, 大幅降低了换堆操作的难度,提高了换堆控制的准确性。实施该方案后,换堆计划的编制时间从 3 h 以上缩短至 0. 5 h 以内,操作员仅需通过简单的一键操作即可自动完成整个换堆过程; 换堆当天的碱度稳定率平均提升了 11. 3% ,FeO 稳定率平均上升了 4. 4% 。

    Abstract:

    As the core raw material of the sintering process,the effective identification of the quality difference between the two piles before and after the blending ore and the management for changing pile have a direct impact on the quality stability of the sinter. In order to solve the problems of quality fluctuation and low operation efficiency in the traditional blending ore and changing piles operation,an intelligent changing piles solution is proposed. By integrating the data communication between the raw material yard and the sintering process,an online transmission and processing system is established for matching the blending ore and changing piles ratio and quality test data,and on this basis,many intelligent control models are established,such as the preparation of changing piles plan,the changing piles operation,the changing piles quality adjustment and the daily quality adjustment,which greatly lower the difficulty of the changing piles operation and improves the accuracy of changing piles control. After the implementation of this scheme,the preparation time of the changing piles plan is shortened from more than 3 h to less than 0. 5 h,and the operator can automatically complete the entire changing piles process with a simple one-click operation. On the day of changing piles,the alkalinity stability rate is increased by 11. 3% on average,and the FeO stability rate is increased by 4. 4% on average.
