    摘要:

    发展气基直接还原工艺可促进企业能源结构转型。为了保障该工艺的顺利实施,本文采用焦炉煤气作为还原介质,开展球团优化配矿研究。研究 4 种铁精粉基础性能,优选 3 种铁精粉进行单种矿的造球、焙烧试验。综合铁精粉成分、基础性能及单烧球团抗压强度,制定优化了 5 种配矿方案,并对各球团矿冶金性能进行了综合评价。 结果表明,60% 山西 + 10% 内蒙 + 30% 河北配矿方案性能最优。因此,采用该配矿结构的球团矿和直接还原所用球团进行竖炉投笼对比试验。试验结果表明,该配矿结构球团矿金属化率、碳含量、粒级指标均符合直接还原铁产品要求,可以满足气基直接还原工艺的需求,证实优化配矿和球团冶金性能综合评价方法的可靠性,为推动我国焦炉煤气零重整直接还原工艺发展奠定了理论基础。

    Abstract:

    The development of gas-based direct reduction process can promote the transformation of enterprise energy structure. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the gas-based direct reduction process,coke oven gas is used as the reduction medium to carry out the research on optimized ore proportioning of pellet. The basic properties of 4 kinds of fine powder are studied,and 3 kinds of fine powder are selected for pelletizing and roasting tests of single ore. Based on the composition,basic properties and compressive strength of single-fired pellets of fine powder,5 ore proportioning schemes are formulated and optimized to comprehensively evaluate the metallurgical properties of pellets. The results show that the 60% Shanxi + 10% Inner Mongolia + 30% Hebei ore proportioning scheme has the best performance,so the pellets with the ore proportioning structure and the pellets used for direct reduction are used for the shaft furnace cage comparison test, and the test results show that the metallization rate,carbon content and size fraction indexes are meet the requirements of direct reduced iron product. The results also show that the proportioning scheme can meet the needs of the gas-based direct reduction process,and the reliability of the comprehensive evaluation method for optimizing ore blending and pellets metallurgical properties are confirmed,which lays a theoretical foundation for promoting the development of zero reforming direct reduction process of coke oven gas in China
