配加含钛原料对球团性能的影响

    摘要:

    HIsmelt 还原熔炼工艺以其短流程、原料兼容性好及产品质量高而受到关注。由于其较高的二次燃烧率,炉渣中的 FeO 含量提高,这可能导致炉膛内侵蚀加剧。因此,HIsmelt 还原熔炼可借鉴高炉使用含钛原料进行护炉操作。生产含钛球团的主要原料来源包括钒钛磁铁矿、钛铁矿和海砂矿,这些原料大多颗粒粗大,比表面积小,亲水性差。为了生产高质量的含钛球团,本研究采用钒钛磁铁矿和海砂矿作为含钛材料进行了球团化试验,并观察了不同含钛原料及其不同添加比例对生球、预热球和成品球质量的影响。结果显示,常规球团所需的预热温度为 1 000 ℃,含钛球团所需的预热温度较低,为 950 ℃,而焙烧温度与常规球团相同。添加 20% 的钒钛磁铁矿或 20% 的海砂矿,可以生产出低钛球团,两种含钛球团矿的还原度相对较低,还原膨胀指数均低于 15% ,其物理、冶金性能与化学成分均符合工业生产的要求。

    Abstract:

    The HIsmelt reductive melting process has attracted attention because of its short process,good raw material compatibility and high product quality. Due to its high secondary combustion rate,the increase of FeO content in the slag can lead to increased more erosion in the furnace. Therefore,HIsmelt reduction melting can be used referring to blast furnace to use titanium-bearing raw materials for furnace protection operation. The main sources of raw materials for the production of titanium-containing pellets include vanadium titanomagnetite,ilmenite and marine placer,most of which are coarse,small in specific surface area and poor in hydrophilicity. In order to produce high-quality titanium-bearing pellets, vanadium titanomagnetite and marine placer are used as titanium-bearing materials for pelletization experiments,and the effects of different titanium-bearing raw materials and their different addition ratios on the quality of fresh pellets,preheated pellets and finished pellets are observed. The results show that the preheating temperature required for conventional pellets is 1 000 ℃,and the preheating temperature required for titanium-bearing pellets is lower at 950 ℃,while the roasting temperature is the same as that for conventional pellets. Adding 20% vanadium titanomagnetite or 20% marine placer can produce low titanium pellets,the reduction degree of the two titanium-bearing pellets is relatively low,the reduction expansion index is less than 15% ,and its physical properties,metallurgical properties and chemical composition reach the requirements of industrial production.
