    摘要:

    为应对烧结原料配料多样性所带来的复杂挑战,明确不同原料配比下如何通过对制粒参数的调节达到最佳的制粒效果至关重要。本文采用一系列制粒试验,研究了不同制粒水分、制粒时间以及混合料碱度等参数对制粒效果的影响,并通过负压、流速、平均粒径和透气性指数等关键性参数对制粒效果进行了综合评价。结果表明,在恒定制粒水分下,延长制粒时间对含有较高比例黏附性粉末及高碱度配料方案的制粒效果提升显著; 在相同制粒时间下,适当增加制粒水分能普遍提高烧结混合料制粒效果,尤其对含强亲水性矿粉较高的原料配比方案及低碱度原料配比方案效果显著,而对高碱度原料配比方案改善的趋势最为明显。

    Abstract:

    In order to cope with the complex challenges brought about by the diversity of sintering raw materials,it is important to clarify how to achieve the best granulation effect by adjusting the granulation parameters under different raw material ratios. A series of granulation tests are used to study the effects of different granulation moisture,granulation time and alkalinity of the mixture on the granulation effect,and the granulation effect is comprehensively evaluated by key parameters such as negative pressure,flow rate,average particle size and air permeability index. The results show that the granulation effect of the batching scheme containing a higher proportion of adhesive powder and high alkalinity is significantly improved by extending the granulation time under constant granulation moisture. Under the same granulation time,the appropriate increase of granulation moisture can generally improve the granulation effect of sintering mixture, especially for the raw material ratio scheme with high hydrophilic mineral powder and the raw material ratio scheme with low alkalinity,and the improvement trend of the raw material ratio scheme with high alkalinity is the most obvious.
